We are looking for a smart and energetic
Front Office & Admissions Executive
to manage front desk operations and student enquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors at the front desk
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to course enquiries and admissions
Maintain enquiry records and follow up with potential students
Coordinate with academic and marketing departments for admissions support
Manage front office operations and ensure a professional reception area
Assist with documentation and basic administrative work
Requirements:
Qualification: Any Degree
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage)
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
Prior experience in front office or telecalling preferred
