Role Summary
Responsible for managing front office operations and handling student admissions by providing accurate information, effective counseling, and professional support to parents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors professionally.
Handle calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
Manage admission enquiries, counseling, follow-ups, and conversions.
Explain school curriculum, facilities, and fee structure to parents.
Assist with admission forms, documentation, and records.
Coordinate school tours, meetings, and parent interactions.
Maintain front office registers and admission data.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
Customer-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Graduate / Undergraduate preferred.
1-3 years of relevant experience (school experience preferred).
