Front Office Admin
to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling front office responsibilities and administrative tasks efficiently, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome students, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
Manage front desk operations including answering calls, handling inquiries, and directing walk-ins
Maintain student registration records and manage appointment schedules
Coordinate with internal departments and trainers for smooth daily operations
Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with student follow-ups, enquiry tracking, and daily reporting
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Front Office / Admin role
Female candidates preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Must be from Coimbatore and familiar with local commuting
Ability to multitask and work independently

?12000 to 15000 per month (based on experience and skills)

9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
