Location

: Whitefield, Bangalore

INSYNC - Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation is looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Office Administrator / Receptionist to be the face of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities



- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a welcoming attitude

- Manage appointment scheduling and coordination with physiotherapists/ S&C coaches

- Handle phone calls, emails, and client queries efficiently

- Maintain patient/client records and ensure smooth front desk operations

- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and clinic coordination

Requirements

:

- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

- Knowledge of local language (Kannada) is a plus

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Scheduling tools)

- Prior experience in front desk/admin roles is preferred

- Friendly, patient-focused, and reliable

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (Full-time)
