Job Description



We are looking for a Front Office Administrator to manage front desk operations and handle student and parent coordination. The candidate will be responsible for administrative support, fee collection, and communication with parents and students.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors

Handle phone calls, messages, and front desk inquiries

Collect student fees, issue receipts, and maintain records

Send fee reminder messages/calls to students and parents

Update parents regarding student leave, absence, and attendance

Maintain student records and office documentation

Coordinate with teaching and administrative staff

Required Skills and

Qualification



Good communication skills (English & local language)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp)

Polite, responsible, and organized personality

Ability to handle cash and records accurately

Any graduate or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
