The Front Office Administrator is responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing a professional and welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities at the center.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, and walk-in visitors professionally.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain student records, registrations, attendance logs, and counseling appointment schedules.
Coordinate with academic and sales teams for class updates, student information, and follow-ups.
Provide information to prospective students about courses, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
Manage front-desk cleanliness, student waiting areas, and office supplies.
Support admission formalities, application processing, and fee collection.
Maintain daily reports, visitor logs, and administrative documentation.
Assist in organizing student sessions, events, and center activities.
Ensure high standards of customer service and timely issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation or equivalent qualification.
6 months - 1 years of experience in front-office or administrative roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant, professional attitude with a customer-service mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, excel, email, and basic computer operations.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualities:
Positive attitude and grooming standards suitable for student/parent interaction.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain professional conduct.
Quick learner with good organizational and coordination ability.
