Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Maintain visitor records and ensure front office operations run smoothly
Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day administrative requirements
Manage attendance, courier, and office supplies
Assist departments in documentation and basic data entry work
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Pleasant personality and professional behavior
