Responsibilities



Greet visitors, parents, and students and direct them appropriately. Manage phone calls, emails, and all front desk correspondence. Provide information and support for admission enquiries; maintain detailed enquiry records and follow-up logs. Supervise housekeeping staff and help coordinate with vendors to ensure school facilities are well maintained. Collaborate with teams to update and manage official school social media pages and communications. Collect department updates for announcements and ensure brand consistency online. Provide administrative support to the Principal and Administrative Head, maintaining school registers and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree (Administration, Management, or Communications preferred). 2-4 years' professional experience in front office, school administration, or operational support. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming attitude. Strong proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and social media platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate across teams. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
