Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Explain company services and construction-related information clearly to clients.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and walk-in clients efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate with internal teams as required.
Support basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome.
Candidates with exposure to customer handling or front desk roles will be an added advantage.
