Job Description

We are looking for Front office admin for our dental clinic glow dental in Medavakkam

Patient Interaction:Greet patients, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with new patient forms.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Book, cancel, and reschedule appointments, and manage the dentist's and hygienists' schedules.

Administrative Support:

Maintain patient records, file insurance claims, scan and copy documents, and manage general office duties.

Financial Management:

Process payments, verify insurance information, and coordinate financial arrangements with patients.

Office Management:

Maintain a clean and organized reception area and manage office supplies and inventory.
Essential skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with computer systems for managing patient records and scheduling Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail, especially when handling financial and patient information
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
