LAMMY SALON & ACADEMY ADMIN

Work Type: Full-time

Salary : Upto 20,000/-

Timings : 10:00AM to 8:00PM Monday to Sunday- (Off on Tuesdays)

Weekend availability is mandatory

Greeting Clients:

Welcome clients with a friendly attitude as they arrive. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting.

Booking and Managing Appointments:

Schedule appointments over the phone, online, or in-person. Confirm upcoming appointments and handle any cancellations or reschedules. Keep track of salon staff availability and ensure proper scheduling.

Customer Service:

Address client inquiries, provide information about services, and help with any issues or concerns. Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times. Offer clients additional services or products (upselling when appropriate).

Cash Handling and Payments:

Process payments for services and retail products. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts. Keep track of daily transactions and ensure accurate cash drawers.

Managing Client Records:

Maintain and update client records, including personal details and preferences. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information.

Inventory Management:

Monitor salon supplies and retail products, making sure the inventory is stocked and organized. Assist in ordering products as needed.

Coordination and Communication:

Liaise with stylists and other salon staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Relay any special client requests or preferences to the appropriate team member. Handle any special requests or issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records. Ensure the salon's phone line is always attended to, transferring calls when necessary.

Promotions and Marketing:

Help with promotional efforts by informing clients about special offers, events, or new services. May assist in maintaining the salon's social media or marketing materials.

Ensuring Salon Policies:

Ensure all salon policies (such as cancellation policy, safety protocols, and payment terms) are adhered to. Ensure that health and safety regulations are maintained within the salon.
