Roles & Responsibilities
Front Office Staff
Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors.
Handle calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
Support day-to-day school administrative activities.
Admin Staff
Manage files, records, and documentation.
Assist in staff attendance, leave records, and internal reporting.
Coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
Support management in overall school administration.
Requirements (for both roles)
Bachelor's degree/diploma in relevant discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
Prior experience in schools/educational institutions preferred.
