We are hiring Designation: Front Office Admin : Real Estate Location- Nashik, Maharashtra Salary- 15000 to 25000 Per Month Education- Diploma/ Any graduate Experience-
  • Total experience- 4 years of experience in real estate industry
  • Minimum experience- 2 years of experience as front office admin in real estate industry
0verview: smooth operation of the front desk and administrative functions, providing essential support to real estate agents, clients, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining office organization, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Your professionalism, customer service skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient operation of the real estate office and the delivery of exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors, greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings for real estate agents, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Client Communication: Respond to inquiries from clients, prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants promptly and professionally, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client information, property listings, and transactions using real estate management software or CRM systems.
  • Office Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, copying, and distributing documents, as well as managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Property Listing Support: Assist real estate agents with the preparation and distribution of property listings, brochures, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with branding guidelines.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other paperwork related to real estate transactions, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Transaction Coordination: Support real estate transactions by coordinating with clients, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other parties involved in the buying or selling process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of paperwork and tasks.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with clients, prospects, and leads to gather feedback, provide updates, and maintain communication throughout the real estate transaction process.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the office reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas, including arranging for maintenance and repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor and the ability to interact positively with clients, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks, data entry, and document preparation, with a commitment to quality and thoroughness.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terminology, processes, and regulations is preferred, though not always required.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate management software or CRM systems.
  • Professionalism: Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
