Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
Handle incoming calls, route them to the concerned department/person, and take messages
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Receive and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and documents
Assist in office administration tasks such as coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and managing office supplies
Support HR/Admin in event coordination, documentation, and onboarding support
Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and other vendors for office maintenance needs
Perform basic data entry, filing, and document organization tasks as required
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline
3+ years of experience in front desk/reception or office administration
Ex-cabin crew can also apply
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance with a pleasant personality
Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
