Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly. Maintain the front office area, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation. Manage visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official documents. Support HR/Admin in maintaining employee attendance records and documentation. Assist with preparing reports, letters, and office communication. Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor management. Provide general administrative support to management and other departments. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to handle pressure and problem-solve efficiently.
