We are looking for a well-organized and professional Front Office Administrator to manage the reception area, handle administrative tasks, and provide support to the office staff. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
Handle courier, mail, and package distribution.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support HR/Admin team with documentation and record-keeping.
Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
Ensure compliance with office security and access protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Administration/Management (preferred). 1-3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist/Admin role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset.
