The Front Office Admin Executive will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the company's professional image. The role involves handling front desk operations, managing calls, coordinating client visits, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the real estate office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule and coordinate client appointments, meetings, and property site visits.
Maintain client records, visitor logs, and other office documentation.
Support the sales and admin teams with documentation, filing, and follow-up tasks.
Handle courier, mail distribution, and other front desk-related activities.
Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management teams for smooth office operations.
Assist in basic administrative duties like preparing reports, data entry, and managing attendance logs.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any stream (Commerce / Arts / Management preferred).
Certification in Office Administration or Customer Service is an advantage.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or administrative roles.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or corporate offices preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
