will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Corporate Office. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage front-desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and visitor appointments.
Ensure a comfortable and engaging experience for guests while they wait.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate meetings and visitor requirements.
Maintain the reception area's ambiance, ensuring it is neat, organized, and aligned with the company's brand image.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and requests efficiently.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain a log of visitor records and handle administrative support for the office.
Support event coordination and hospitality arrangements for corporate guests.
