Attend calls, note the details, and pass them on to the concerned department/individual.
Welcoming Guests / Clients / New Joiners / Candidates for Interviews.
Ensure only authorized staff members enter the premises and restrict unauthorized visitors without prior approval.
Assist in employee engagement and onboarding activities.
Post photo/video of company events on social media after basic editing
Calling and Finding new vendors, their costs, and negotiations for induction kits, employee engagement activities whenever required.
Performing other Adhoc tasks allocated by the HRD or management.
Keep office infrastrucure (AC, Generator, UPS, Water Filter & Cooler, Electrical Equipments except computers and other items) in up to date condition with help of vendors
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Coordinate with vendors for timely maintenance of office infrastructure (AC, generator, UPS, water filter & cooler, electrical equipment, etc. except computers).
Required Skills
The candidate should have good communication skills (Both written & verbal)
The candidate should have a pleasant personality.
Basic knowledge of how to operate a laptop. Hands-on experience with Excel OR Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
Working Days & Timing
* Monday to Saturday (9am to 6:30pm)
