Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers, contractors, architects, and dealers at the factory/showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable marble and stone products. Present product features, quality specifications, and available finishes to customers. Prepare and share quotations, pricing details, and sales invoices as required. Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into successful sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and inventory updates. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of SDP Stones.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, marble, tiles, or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently. Basic knowledge of billing, quotations, and CRM tools is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience).
