Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join our team to manage a boutique property with a connected restaurant and a small retail outlet within the property. The person will be responsible for reservations, arrival and departure, and coordinating all guest requirements during their stay, restaurant booking, as well as looking into the daily operations and sales of the small store.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Take reservation enquiries and process bookings
2. Ensure smooth check-in & check-out of guests
3. Establish guest relations & take care of any needs during their stay
4. Manage bookings and reservations for the restaurant
5. Ensuring a pleasant restaurant experience for the guests
6. Be responsible for a small attached retail operation.
7. Receive customers at the store and assist with product enquiries.
8. Billing Responsibilities for the stay and store.
9. Inventory Management for the store.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of three years of experience in a direct or associated role.
2. Fluency in English, Bengali & Hindi
3. Strong Communication Skills
4. Retail Experience desired
5. Understanding of Food and Beverage is a plus.
6. Ability to drive sales
7. Problem solving
8. Ability to train and manage a team
9. Basic cashiering abilities.
10. Interest in agriculture and agricultural products is desired.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
