Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Front Line Technical Staff member to support day-to-day mechanical operations, machinery maintenance, and technical support on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical tools, equipment, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machinery and mechanical tools on the production floor. Perform daily routine checks and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Support technical teams during installation, repair, and testing of mechanical components. Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols. Maintain logs of work performed and report any equipment issues promptly. Assist in quality control checks and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to improve production efficiency. Participate in periodic training sessions and implement new techniques as instructed.

Key Skills Required:

Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools Ability to read technical drawings and instructions Knowledge of safety practices and PPE usage Good physical stamina and attention to detail Problem-solving and basic maintenance skills Teamwork and time management

Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar technical role (Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply)

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
