We are currently seeking OEM Sales Professional to join our team in Mumbai.

Highly talented, self- motivated sales Associate
Knowledge of account based sales/ business development
Strategic planning and account development skills
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of PID and packaging industry and Laser sales will be an added bonus
Understands and mature enough to deal with commercial nuances/traits when dealing with OEM or third party selling
Coordination within organization to ensure timely services to OEM customers
Stable- should have at least 1 tenure of more than 3 years in the last 5 years
Well versed with Customer Relationship Management tools

Planning and forecasting- be organized and be methodical in handling responsibilities and to ensure that accurate and immediate follow-up is done, to respond quickly to needs of the market, and be alert to situations that may be problem-causing
Should have desire to develop constructive ideas, out of box thinking and ensure its implementation
Key Relationships
What jobs does the position interact with on a regular basis (internal and external)?
This position will heavily interact with core functions like Selling & Marketing
Different functions include technical support, quality, supply chain and logistics, finance
Direct interaction with finance department is also essential
Externally, it caters to the prime needs of OEM customers
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education -
Education - Graduate/ Engineering/ MBA will be an added advantage.
Work Experience -
Work experience -Field sales experience in an Indian or a multi-national company offering technical products
Special Qualifications-
Should possess an impressive personality and communication skills.
