Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage end to end performance and retention of the assigned of the key accounts / Clients / Corporates

2. Monitor and review the performance of the team periodically

3. Preparation of reports which will be shared with other teams

4. Understand the training needs of team member develop them through training, coaching and mentoring sessions.

5. Handle Client escalations and resolve

Experience

: 4-8 Years

Industry Preferred :

Health care / TPA / Insurance / Any Competitor

Skills Preferred :

Good written and oral communication. Prior experience of handling clients, handling escalations

Location :

Mumbai ( Marol / Thane )

Joining Status :

Preferred immediate joiner or with minimal notice period

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
