We are seeking a highly responsible and customer-focused
Front-End Manager
to oversee and manage the front-end operations of Quixa Hypermart. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the customer service area, supervise front-end staff, and maintain high standards of service efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the
Customer Relation Staff
, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Oversee daily
front-end operations
, including checkout counters, billing, and customer support.
Ensure accurate and efficient
cash handling
, reconciliation, and reporting.
Monitor, train, and guide front-end staff to maintain professionalism and service standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
Maintain proper staffing schedules to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours.
Coordinate with other departments to support promotions, sales activities, and smooth store functioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on front-end performance and cash management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in front-end management, preferably in retail or hypermarket operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in cash handling.
Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
