Key Responsibilities

Own Architecture vision:

Collaborate with other architects to build an architecture vision across teams that will realign to customer use cases. Translate the vision to an architecture with thorough documentation, eventually building a customer focused solution that is backed by a strong test strategy and infrastructure.

Lead Frontend Development:

Own the architectural design and implementation of user interfaces, ensuring high standards for usability, performance, and maintainability in all web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript backed by unit testing.

Framework Expertise:

Apply deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to build, optimize, and maintain scalable, responsive, and robust web applications.

Microservices Architecture:

Design and develop frontend components that seamlessly integrate with Microservices Architecture, enabling flexible and scalable SaaS platform solutions.

Collaborate on Backend Development:

Work closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with services and APIs built in languages such as C#, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar ecosystems.

Problem-Solving:

Tackle complex technical challenges with a meticulous approach, providing guidance and solutions that uphold exceptional code quality and attention to detail.

Team Collaboration:

Foster a culture of open communication, mutual respect, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team and across cross-functional partners.

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:

Take an active role in mentoring junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a learning environment where every team member can grow and excel.



Qualifications



Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).



12+ years of hands-on experience in front-end software development, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.



Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue.js etc.)



Comprehensive knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.



Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing tools.



Solid understanding of integrating frontend solutions with microservices-based backends.



Significant experience in end-to-end product development, specifically focusing on front-end architecture and design of products, ensuring cohesive integration with broader system goals.



Extensive background in architecting comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives.



Experience in building user-friendly applications, as well as identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance usability and performance.



Exceptional problem-solving skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality, maintainable code.



Proven leadership experience, including mentoring, code reviews, and technical guidance.



Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.



Proficiency in version control systems (such as Git), and hands-on involvement in CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and modern security best practices.



Experience working in Agile methodologies, ability to manage multiple priorities/projects dynamically.



Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, and applications) to deliver end-to-end cloud infrastructure architectures and designs.
