We're looking for a motivated Front-End Developer who loves crafting clean, beautiful web experiences. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience, this role offers a chance to build real-world projects, learn WordPress theme development, and collaborate directly with the founder on design and development tasks.
You'll convert Figma designs into responsive, functional web pages, continuously refine your craft, and be part of a small but driven remote team that values creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Convert Figma designs into responsive, high-quality web pages.
Pay close attention to design details, animations, and micro-interactions.
Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code.
Test and debug front-end components across browsers and devices.
Learn and assist in WordPress theme development (training provided).
Build and maintain websites on drag-and-drop platforms (like Wix, Squarespace, and Framer) when required, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and aligned with project goals.
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to speed up and improve your development workflow.
Support onboarding of new team members by explaining tasks and demonstrating workflows.
Be punctual and present during internal check-ins and team meetings.
Required Skills
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
Familiarity with responsive design principles (Flexbox, Grid, Media Queries).
Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub (clone, commit, push).
Comfort with no-code website builders (Wix, Squarespace, Framer, etc.) and eagerness to learn new platforms as needed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
A proactive mindset, willing to learn, experiment, and take ownership.
Good communication and reliability in remote settings.
Bonuses & Rewards
