THE ROLE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front-End Developer (Fresher) who is passionate about building clean, user-friendly web interfaces. The role involves working closely with the development team to produce front-end applications, improve usability, and ensure seamless website performance. This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Assist the development manager in software design and coding tasks. Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient front-end code. Participate in team development meetings and contribute to ongoing projects. Support in debugging and resolving code issues. Monitor and report on the technical performance of internal systems. Respond to development requests and implement updates as directed.
oGather user and team feedback to improve program functionality and usability.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience:

0-1 year (internship or academic project experience acceptable).

Core Technical Skills:

Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Understanding of DOM structure and responsive web design principles. Basic knowledge of debugging, code optimization, and browser compatibility. Familiarity with version control tools (Git) - good to have.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning. Displays problem-solving mindset, ownership, and a positive attitude. Team player with emerging leadership potential.

Educational Qualifications:

Must have: BE, B.Tech, BSc IT/CS, BCA. Good to have: MSc IT/CS, M.Tech.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
