We're looking for a passionate

Front-End Developer

who can translate product ideas and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web application interfaces using

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 5

. Create and Convert

wireframes, mockups, and UI guidelines

into production-ready screens for SyncWorkstech products. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate

REST APIs

for dynamic data rendering. Ensure

UI consistency

, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness. Implement

form validations, data tables, dashboards, modals, and filters

efficiently. Optimize the UI for

speed, scalability, and accessibility

. Debug, test, and fix front-end issues in coordination with QA and backend teams. Follow Agile sprint cycles, participate in stand-ups, and update task status regularly.

Required Skills &

Skill Area Requirement

Core Skills:

knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Bootstrap 4/5

API Integration

Experience consuming REST APIs and handling JSON data

UI/UX Understanding

to convert wireframes into functional, visually consistent

Tools

with Git, browser dev tools, and debugging

Responsive Design

Knowledge of media queries, flex/grid systems, and mobile-first approach

Framework (Optional)

Basic understanding of React or Angular is a plus

Problem Solving

Ability to identify UI issues, optimize code, and improve user experience

Experience:

1-3 years

Education:

B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Familiarity with

PHP templates

or frontend integration in

MVC frameworks

. Basic knowledge of

UI/UX best practices

and accessibility standards. Experience working on

Fintech / ERP / Loan or Banking Applications

. Understanding of version control workflows using

GitHub or Bitbucket

.

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics. Ability to work independently on assigned modules. Good communication and coordination skills with designers and backend teams. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
