What You'll Do?
? Own and develop the frontend of our enterprise AI platform using Next.js (primary) and React.js (select components)
? Build robust dashboards and data-heavy interfaces that support real-time read/write operations at scale
? Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to bring complex data interactions to life
? Translate high-fidelity designs into fast, responsive, cross-browser UIs
? Build reusable components and frontend architecture optimized for scalability
? Integrate with APIs, manage application state (Zustand/Redux), and ensure seamless performance across devices
? Participate in team standups, code reviews, and feature planning discussions
? Contribute to frontend performance, load handling, and UX best practices
What We're Looking For?
We're looking for someone who doesn't just write frontend code but thinks in terms of platform, performance, and user experience--especially under data-intensive use cases.
Must-Have:
? 2+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js (core), React.js (complementary)
? Proven experience building data-heavy dashboards or admin panels
? Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
? Experience optimizing frontend performance for real-time data loads and interactions
? Comfort with REST APIs, async data fetching, and state management (Zustand or Redux)
? Solid understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility
? Version control with Git and collaborative development workflows
Nice-to-Have:
? Familiarity with TypeScript and modern frontend testing tools
? Exposure to SSR/SSG, SEO considerations, and accessibility standards
? Basic backend knowledge (Node.js) for context-aware integration
? Experience with dashboard UX patterns, charting libraries, or frontend analytics
