About the Role

We are looking for a

Frontend Developer

who is strong in

React.js / Next.js

and/or

Flutter

to build beautiful, fast, and reliable user interfaces for doctors, patients, labs, and hospital staff. You will work closely with backend and product teams to create intuitive workflows for our EMR and healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive web UIs using

React.js

and

Next.js

. Build and maintain

Flutter

apps (mobile and/or web) where needed. Convert Figma/wireframes/requirements into clean, reusable UI components. Integrate frontend screens with

REST APIs

and backend services. Ensure great

user experience

, with attention to forms, validation, navigation, and performance. Implement

state management

(e.g., Redux, Zustand, Provider, Bloc, Riverpod or similar). Fix UI bugs, handle cross-browser issues and optimize frontend performance. Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product owners. Write basic tests (unit/UI where applicable) and maintain code quality.
Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in at least one of:

React.js + Next.js

(preferred), OR

Flutter (Dart)

with good UI skills Good understanding of

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

. Experience consuming

REST APIs

and handling loading/error states gracefully. Knowledge of

responsive design

and mobile-first layouts. Familiarity with

Git

and standard development workflows. Ability to write clean, readable, maintainable code and reusable components.
Good-to-Have / Plus Points

Both

React/Next.js

and

Flutter

experience is a big plus. Experience with

Chakra UI

, Material UI, Tailwind or similar component libraries. Basic understanding of

backend concepts

(APIs, auth, JSON). Prior experience in

healthcare, EMR, telehealth or hospital systems

. Experience with

real-time features

(notifications, chat, live updates).
