Job Description

The Front End Developer (Web & App) should

Develop

responsive and interactive UI

for websites and web applications. Build

mobile app interfaces

using frameworks such as

React Native / Flutter / Ionic

(as applicable). Knowledge of

backend technologies

(Node.js, PHP, Python) Convert

UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)

into pixel-perfect front-end code. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Integrations & API Handling

Integrate front-end applications with

REST / GraphQL APIs

. Handle

authentication, authorization, and session management

on the front end. Integrate third-party services such as

payment gateways, analytics tools, CRMs, chatbots, maps, and social logins

. Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless data flow.
Performance & Optimization

Optimize applications for

speed, scalability, and performance

. Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies. Ensure applications meet

web performance and accessibility standards

.
Testing & Debugging

Debug UI issues and fix bugs across browsers and devices. Perform unit and basic integration testing. Ensure error-free deployments and smooth user experience. Work closely with

backend developers, QA teams, and project managers

. Maintain proper

code documentation and version control (Git)

. Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Front-end frameworks:

React.js / Angular / Vue.js

Mobile frameworks:

React Native / Flutter

(preferred for app development) API integration:

REST, JSON, AJAX

Version control:

Git / GitHub / GitLab

Responsive design frameworks:

Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS / Material UI

Tools & Platforms

Design tools:

Figma, Adobe XD

Build tools:

Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn

Basic understanding of

CI/CD pipelines

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of

Progressive Web Apps (PWA)

Experience with

Firebase / AWS Amplify

Understanding of

SEO best practices

for front-end Familiarity with

App Store & Play Store deployment processes
