Front Desk Executive
to manage the factory reception and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, managing communications, and assisting with day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
Assist with administrative tasks and basic documentation
Support in organizing company events, meetings, or conferences

Experience:
