Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls and manage front desk operations efficiently.
Draft and send official emails (including birthday and event mails).
Manage daily office administration such as stationery, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
Maintain attendance, courier, and visitor records.
Arrange and book flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and cabs for staff and management.
Support HR/Admin team in organizing office events and celebrations.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Admin / Front Desk / Office Operations.
Good communication and email drafting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
