Job Description

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings with clients and internal teams Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment Assist in daily administrative operations, filing, and documentation Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content shoots (photo/video) Assist in organising logistics for shoots, including team availability, location, and required materials Review and route content for internal approvals before publishing Maintain daily updates and reports on customer enquiries, walk-in types, and lead sources Track and document client interactions or feedback that may support marketing insights Liaise with vendors, influencers, or partners for outreach or promotional activities Support in the execution and monitoring of ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions Ensure alignment between front desk activities and marketing efforts (e.g. promotions, events, seasonal offers)
