Job Summary:

The Fitness Sales Consultant is responsible for driving membership sales, promoting fitness programs, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current members. You will be the first point of contact for new clients and play a key role in helping individuals take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate leads through phone calls, referrals, in-person outreach, and social media. Conduct gym tours, showcasing equipment, amenities, and services to prospective members. Close new memberships and meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions. Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or SMS to encourage membership sign-up. Maintain a high level of product knowledge about fitness programs, classes, and personal training. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive gym environment. Track and report sales activities using CRM or club management software. Collaborate with fitness trainers and front desk staff to ensure smooth member onboarding. Represent the gym brand positively in the community and at outreach events.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus). Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer service preferred. Passion for health and fitness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
