Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and gym members
Explain membership plans and gym facilities
Convert inquiries into memberships
Handle calls, follow-ups, and customer queries
Maintain basic records and daily reports
Ensure a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Requirements:
Freshers & upto 3 years of experience candidates can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and confident personality
Sales-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge
