Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
Manage front desk operations, including visitor entry, calls, and inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, documentation and data entry
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication flow
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, or interviews
Maintain visitor logs and records
Support HR or Admin team when required
