Front Desk Executive (FDE)
to manage the front office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while handling administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect them appropriately
Manage visitor logs, entry passes, and front desk records
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and courier management
Assist HR/Admin team with day-to-day office support activities
Ensure adherence to company policies and front office protocols

Good verbal and written communication skills
Pleasing personality with a professional attitude
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
