Key Responsibilities:

Reception Management:
Greet visitors and manage front-desk professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management.
Maintain visitor logs and manage meeting room bookings.

HR Support:
Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee database and HR files.
Assist in induction and orientation for new joiners.
Support HR documentation and compliance records.

Administrative Support:
Manage office stationery and supply inventories.
Assist with routine administrative tasks.
Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements for management if required.
Qualifications:
? Graduate in any discipline (HR qualification preferred).
?
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR/Admin/Front Office handling.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
? Professional appearance and positive attitude.
? Strong multitasking and time management skills.
