Welcome and greet all guests with a smile and positive attitude.
Help guests with queries, directions, and information about games or services.
Handle guest complaints politely and ensure proper solutions are provided.
Guide guests on ticketing, token usage, and game procedures.
Coordinate with other departments (like floor team, IT, technical, etc.) to resolve guest issues.
Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback regularly.
Maintain records of daily guest interactions and issues handled.
Support in organizing birthday parties, events, and group bookings.
Ensure all guest areas are clean, comfortable, and well-presented.
Follow all safety and service protocols as instructed by management.
Job Specification
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Age: 20-35 years.
Good communication skills in Hindi, Local Language & basic English.
Pleasant personality and positive body language.
Confident, polite, and helpful nature.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
Team player with basic computer knowledge.
Working Hours:
11:00 AM to 08.00 PM & 01.00 PM to 10.00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Salary Range:
?15,000 - ?21,000 per month (depending on experience).
