The Front Desk Representative Cum Telecaller manages front office operations and telecalling tasks in a manufacturing company's corporate office, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, calls, and leads. This role ensures professional visitor experiences, efficient call handling, and support for sales inquiries while maintaining office organization.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors, handle incoming/outgoing mail.?
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; make outbound calls for client follow-ups and lead generation.?
Provide company information via phone, email, or in-person.
Update customer databases, track call records, and assist sales/marketing with inquiries.?
Ensure office security and coordinate with departments for smooth operations.?
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or bachelor's degree; 0-2 years in reception or telecalling preferred.?
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and telephone systems; strong English communication skills.?
