Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about skincare services, offers, and promotions.
Answer inbound calls to address inquiries, provide information, and schedule appointments.
Respond to client queries regarding treatments, procedures, and product recommendations.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments using the clinic's booking system.
Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and management.
Follow up with clients post-treatment to gather feedback and address any concerns.
Follow up on missed appointments and re-engage clients for future bookings.
Update and maintain accurate client records in the clinic's database.
Record call outcomes and client feedback.
Build a rapport with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.
Handle complaints, answer questions, and provide information in a professional manner.
Fluent in Tamil, English & Hindi (Must) with a friendly and professional tone.
Familiarity with skincare treatments and products is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Ability to use appointment scheduling software, CRM tools, and maintain client records.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service (preferably in healthcare, beauty, or skincare industries, IT).
