Job Description

Looking for a Female candidate to join our team to manage day to day communications.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome clients and visitors as needed. Lead generation by cold calling. Keep and manage filing system. Maintaining documents and office equipment as needed. Performing general office clerical duties. Counsel students when needed. Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our courses/services. Engage with potential students over the phone to provide information about our professional education programs. Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into enrollments.

Requirements:



Excellent communication skills in Malayalam. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications



Plus Two /Degree/Diploma in any field.

Experience



Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, Tele calling etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
