Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and vendors.
Manage incoming phone calls and guide clients as needed.
Maintain visitor logs and a clean reception area.
Documentation & Courier Handling:
Print PRN documents, prepare for dispatch, and maintain courier records.
Track courier deliveries and returns; update logs in Excel and systems.
Organize and file scanned/physical documents.
Booking & System Entries (4QT):
Enter Booking Form (BF) details in the 4QT system.
Handle rejected forms - prepare and submit revised drafts.
Update agreement details and maintain document flow.
Transfer & Cancellation Updates:
Process transfer entries and cancellations in the 4QT system.
Ensure timely and accurate updates in coordination with other departments.
Ticketing & Follow-ups:
Raise support tickets via email and track their resolution.
Update Ticket IDs and coordinate with counters or CRM team.
Demand Notes:
Raise, print, scan, and courier new demand notes.
Maintain accurate records of all demand communications.
General Administrative Support:
Assist CRM and sales staff with backend admin duties.
Maintain trackers, ensure timely updates, and support day-to-day operations.
