Job Responsiblities:
Manage the front reception area and greet visitors with a professional and welcoming approach.
Guide guests to meeting rooms, including coordinating seating and room readiness.
Oversee conference room and cafeteria arrangements to support smooth meetings and events.
Attend, screen, and transfer phone calls to the concerned departments or individuals.
Handle inward and outward courier entries in both register and computer records.
Maintain billing files and ensure proper documentation of administrative records.
Monitor and replenish first-aid supplies, replacing expired or used items periodically.
Coordinate hotel bookings for guests, employees, and business travel requirements.
Arrange transportation facilities such as cab bookings, pickups, and drop scheduling.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient office operations and positive guest experience.
