Qualification:

Any Graduate

Experience:

Minimum 1 Year in similar role

Requirements:

Excellent verbal & written communication

o Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

o Basic knowledge of office equipment

o Strong organizational & multitasking skills

Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest check-in / check-out

o Answer calls & manage inquiries

o Maintain front desk operations

o Manage bookings & basic admin work
