Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
Handle basic inquiries and resolve complaints or escalate them as needed
Coordinate with internal departments for facility or meeting room management
Monitor security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges
