: Front Desk Receptionist cum Data Entry OperatorKey Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees courteously at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front-office logs.
Perform accurate data entry tasks, updating company databases, employee records, and daily reports.
Collect, organize, and verify data received from various departments.
Maintain files, documents, and records in an organized and secure manner.
Coordinate courier services, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and handle basic administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel(Advance) and data management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude.
Education:
Minimum: Graduate (Preferred).
Work Environment:
Office-based role requiring interaction with staff, vendors, and clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
