Alexa Physiotherapy Clinic is a leading physiotherapy and hydrotherapy center in Kolkata, dedicated to providing top-quality rehabilitation services. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and queries efficiently.
Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (Healthcare experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Bengali & Hindi (English is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, professional, and patient-oriented approach.
